After all, you’re here! So you might as well get the skinny on who I am, and why I’m most qualified to make your web copy sing!
During the past two years, I’ve completed intensive training specifically for web copywriting and marketing, focusing on:

- Conversions & Site Optimization
Presently, I am the Editor for SEO Copywriting.com and Writing Assistant to the widely-recognized SEO Pioneer, Heather Lloyd-Martin, CEO of SuccessWorks. Feel free to contact her for a reference!
As for my life’s background and experience: I studied Journalism and Natural Resource Economics at Michigan State (MSU), graduating with honors, and began my career as an environmental journalist with Michigan Natural Resources Magazine, circa 1983.
From there, I entered the more profitable professional resume writing business in Denver, CO, where I was twice promoted within a year from the “newbie” franchise office in downtown Denver to the highest-volume office in Aurora. Missing the water and open spaces, I moved to Bellingham, WA, which remains my home, terra firma, with inland lakes and the Puget Sound to keep me happy and vested in water quality/pollution issues, as I am with the Great Lakes of my beloved Michigan.
I grew restless in that once sleepy town, Bellingham, and moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington’s Institute for Marine Studies. There, I completed an incredibly tough core curriculum in marine law, economics, science, and policy analysis, with a 3.85 GPA.
But then my calling came calling, and I was employed to write white papers for non-profits as diverse as Greenpeace and the Seattle-based American Factory Trawlers Association, and that was that! I was off and running as a professional writer and editor, and now,
